Asus – I opened a live chat with one of their engineers who said they won’t be making windows 10 drivers for my motherboard – never! So yes please – further assistance would be great: Or – do I wait patiently – surely there will be a windows 8. The “diagnose this network connection” wizard tells me there is an issue with the driver and tries to fix it but can’t.

You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number. Select Browse my computer for driver software.

I bought a wireless dongle – this connects to my wireless network, but still can’t get an IP address. Will Newman Created on August 12, At this point – MS providing the drivers seems the only asys option? Or will the win10 update process be tweaked to bring down new drivers.

In reply to Will Newman’s post on August 13, Tech support scams are an ass issue where scammers attempt to trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. So – not sure what happens next. I’m a coder – so maybe drivers are easy to update myself?
