Your question about whether if you can see a gap between photoconductor roller and the toner I had a quick look at one of ours and I cannot see a gap. Oh okay well hit it with a hammer and see how it goes lol. All you need is to follow instructions to the latter since it comes with wizard-like applications. There’s toner on the roller even, but not on the photoconductor.
Anyway, problem is 120dn printing blank pages with the occasional incredibly faint test page and then only parts of it. If anyone has a Dell could you tell me if you can see a gap between photoconductor roller 1720xn the toner roller? Unfortunately out-of-warranty so I can’t ask for help from Dell not even e-mail tech support for suggestions!
All in all, this is the suite responsible for handling all the malfunctioning issues of the printer. You just have to make sure that you deal with the printer as you follow instructions on the download and installation.
